Reef Royale
Bump them out. Last fish wins.
Reef Royale is a fast, silly battle royale where you're a fish in a shrinking ring of lanterns. Eat to grow, ram the others out of the ring, and take their weight. The bigger you get, the harder you hit, and the harder you are to push. Last fish in the ring becomes the sea dragon.
Knocked out? You're not done. You come back as a spirit. Haunt a living fish out of the ring and you take its place. Nobody's ever really out until the final few.
25 fish, 25 ways to play
- The koi is good at everything. The barracuda lunges and hits like a truck. The catfish is too heavy to shove.
- The pufferfish poisons anyone who bumps it. The urchin fires a burst of spikes. The cuttlefish goes invisible.
- The seahorse jumps clean over a crowd. The goldfish is hard mode with a very silly ability. Try them all.
The reef fights back
Trawler nets, spearfishers, strong currents, oil spills and a shark swarm all show up mid-match. When the sharks come, get into a hidey-hole fast.

Fun and silly! I drifted out of the ring in my first match, and becoming a spirit that can shove a living fish to take its place kept me in the game instead of dumping me at a game-over screen. Small suggestion: the first ring closes fast (about 30s) for a brand-new player, so a slightly longer first stage or a clearer arrow back toward the safe zone would help.
Glad you enjoyed it! Good suggestion, I'll look into it :)
